The Problem
Mio Amore was using an older internal system to manage daily franchise orders. It worked when the network was smaller. As store count increased, the cracks became obvious. They were facing:
- Slow performance during peak order windows
- A complex setup that was hard to change
- Difficulty handling daily volume from 400+ stores
- Workflows that could not be adjusted easily

What We Built
We built this in Frappe around how Mio Amore actually runs things day to day. Orders, production, delivery. No extras just for the sake of it.
Franchise Ordering App
Each store places its daily order for the next day. Same routine, every day. Product data comes in from Microsoft Dynamics, so stores are not editing product lists or prices on their own.
